The Cherry Finish Perpetual Plaque comes in three sizes and is great for honoring on going hole awards at your golf event or course.

12 Plate Plaque - 12" W x 12 1/2" H
18 Plate Plaque - 12" W x 15 1/2" H
24 Plate Plaque - 12" W x 18 1/2" H

Email your logo and text for both the large and small plates to office@golftrophiesandmore.com. There is a one-time text/logo setup fee, but this will not be applied to future orders using the same image.

Note: Setup fee includes engraving on top large plate and one small plate initially. Additional charges will apply to have more small plates engraved either during the initial order or returning at a later date.
